1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any SANSA AI service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Permitted Use

• Use SANSA AI for lawful purposes only
• Do not generate harmful, illegal, or infringing content
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt our services
• Do not share your account with unauthorized users
• Respect rate limits and usage quotas

4. AI-Generated Content

Content generated using SANSA AI tools belongs to you. You may use AI-generated content for personal and commercial purposes. However, you are responsible for ensuring generated content does not infringe on third-party rights.

5. Credits and Billing

AI credits are consumed when using AI-powered features. Credits do not expire during an active subscription. Unused credits from cancelled subscriptions are forfeited after the billing period ends. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay or Stripe.

6. Intellectual Property

SANSA AI, its logos, and platform design are our intellectual property. User-generated content remains owned by the user. Open-source components retain their respective licenses.

7. Limitation of Liability

SANSA AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
